To Billy's Family...
I will never forget the short time Billy & Me hung out! He showed me what having a friend & having fun was truly like. I still remember 4 wheeling in the golf course in the snow @ night so we didn't get caught...LOL and climbing in Joanne's window over the store just so we could get some sleep from being out all night. I will NEVER forget him. He was a true friend!
