David S. Nalbantian

David Nalbantian, 82, passed away peacefully on April 1st, 2018.  He was born in Cairo Egypt to Stefan and Lily (Mansour) Nalbantian in July 1st, 1935.  He was a devoted husband to Armenouhi Souvalian Nalbantian (deceased) for 58 years. He proudly raised Serge (Sarah Hagearty) Nalbantian of Bala Cynwyd, Pa and Shojie (Hrant) Shammassian of Englewood, Fla.  David leaves 4 grandchildren – Dr. Berje Shammassian (engaged to Dr. Akina Tamaki), Ms Tamar Shammassian Tchoulhakian (Harout), Ms. Kira Nalbantian, and Mr. Julien Nalbantian.  He also leaves his brother, Dr. Michel (Sonia) Nalbantian and was pre-deceased by his sister, Anna (George) Tahtabrounian.  In addition he leaves numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.  David loved the good life and thoroughly enjoyed spending time with those people he loved.

All people are welcome to calling hour and then his funeral service at 10 and 11 respectively at St Sahag and St Mesrob Armenian Church, 630 Clothier Road, Wynnewood, Pa 19096.  Memorial contributions in his name may be made to the Church.
