Anastasia "Esther" B. Nicholson

Esther Badivani Nicholson 95 years old, longtime resident of Philadelphia area, died Friday January 26, 2018 at Broomall Nursing and Rehab Center. Born in 1922 in Philadelphia, Esther married William Lynn Nicholson. Together they ran a dry cleaning business and tailor shop on Brown Street in Philadelphia. They eventually moved to Upper Darby where she worked as an employee of Stuart's Department Store. She was an excellent mother, homemaker and cook. She celebrated her Greek heritage and enjoyed entertaining family and friends. Esther is survived three sons William, Stephen and Michael as well as four grandchildren Ben, Jeffrey, Jason and Melanie and two great grandchildren Hugh and Abigail.
