Beatrice (nee Demopoulos) Pappas

Passed away peacefully on November 23, 2017 surrounded by her loving family at age 101.  She was the beloved Wife of the late John.  Devoted Mother of Elaine Kostopoulos (Constantine), Christine Gaffney (the late James) and Carol Grimes (Donald).  Loving Yiayia of JoAnne Steinberg (Kevin), Carol Woody (Matthew), Jamie Gaffney (Lauren), Matthew Gaffney, Melissa Martell (Joseph), Donald Grimes, Jr. (Michelle) and Alexandra Magruder (Michael).  Great Grandmother of Abby, Elaina, Samantha, Lila, Beatrice, June, Anthony, Alexander, Jayce and Charlie.

Relatives and friends are invited to a Visitation with her family on Friday, December 1st at  10:00 A.M. at St. Luke’s Greek Orthodox Church, Broomall, PA,  followed by her Funeral Service at 11:00 A.M.  In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions in her memory be made to the Juvenile Diabetes  Research Fund at JDRF – Eastern Pennsylvania Chapter, 555 Croton Road, Suite 111, King of Prussia, PA 19406, philadelphia@jdrf.org or to the charity of your choice.
