Constance M. Paffas

Constance “Dena” Paffas. Passed away on July 14, 2019. Born in the greater Philadelphia area. She graduated from Upper Darby High school. She married in 1953 and raised her family while working tirelessly towards the founding of St. Luke Church. She remained active in the church and was a long time member of Philoptochos and the church choir.

She was the beloved wife of the late Basil “Bill.”   Loving mother of Jimmy (Lucille), Anthony (Maria) and Janine (Stephen).  Devoted Grandmother of Steven, Marissa, Andrew, Billy (Holly), Nicole, Dena, Sophia, Billy. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.  

Friends and family are welcome to attend her visitation from 7 to 9pm Tuesday evening at St. Luke Greek Orthodox Church, 35 N. Malin Rd, Broomall, Pa 19008. And again 10 to 11am Wednesday Morning in church.  Her funeral Service will follow at 11am in the church.  Interment will be at Arlington Cemetery.  In Lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the church.
