George Baxavaneos

George Baxavaneos Sept. 10, 2018. Beloved husband of Patricia, Loving father of William, Linda, and George Jr. (Cheryl).  A devoted grandfather of Katherine, Courtney and George III. George was an Army Vet and proud Commander and Chief for many years of Eleftheria VFW Post 6633.  His funeral service will be 11am Thursday at Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church, 7921 Old York Rd, Elkins Park, Pa 19027.  Viewing one hour prior to service in the church.  Interment: Lawnview Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Eleftheria VFW Post 6633 Scholarship Fund.
