Luci A. Lynch-Murtha, 52 of Springfield, PA passed away August 30, 2017 after a courageous battle with breast cancer. Luci was the daughter of Lucile P. and Thomas H. Lynch, III and was raised in Lester, PA.  Luci’s career was with the travel industry, working many years for US Air.  But her true passion was being a wife, dedicated mother, and a loyal friend. She was very involved with her daughters’ many activities and often volunteered at their schools. Luci is survived by her devoted husband of 13 years, Raymond J. Murtha Jr. and her loving children Jessica and Leah.  She is also survived by her siblings Mary Helen Hughes (Mike) and Thomas H. Lynch, IV, and in-law’s Raymond J. Murtha Sr. (Elizabeth), Kevin Murtha, Patti Gallagher (Michael), Meg McGuire, Kelly Cullen (Matt), Shannon Steinmetz (Chuck), Patrick Murtha (Becky) and many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.  She has touched many lives and will be sadly missed.  Luci’s Celebration of Life will be Saturday September 30, 2017 9:00am at Bethany Evangelical Presbyterian Church 5 N. Concord Ave Havertown, PA 19083. Interment is private.  In lieu of flowers please make donations to donor’s favorite charity.
