Some of my fondest memories as a child were spent at you parents house where your Mom and Dad were always warm and welcoming and the food was the best! Like my father, Uncle Nick was a good man, father, husband and grandfather. One of the last of the "greatest generation" of Americans who worked hard and built a business from the ground up.
