Pandeli L. Spiro

Pandeli L. Spiro.  Passed away peacefully on December 21, 2017 surrounded by his family.  Born in Albania he come to America at the age of 14.  He Joined the Army and served honorable during WWII.  Always the hard worker he became an electronic engineer, working up to becoming an executive at Sears & Roebuck for over 40 years. He was a lifelong member of St. John Albanian Orthodox Church as well as a past president.  He was also a member of the fraternal order of the Masons.  He loved golf and travel and spending time with his family and friends.

He is predeceased by his wife Mary.  Survived by his children William (Margaret),  James (Elaine), Linda (Alfred) D'Iorio, and Diane (Steven) Coraluzzi.  8 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. Also survived by his sister Dhorka and predeceased by his brother Alexander.  

His funeral service will be 11am Saturday at St. John Chrysostom Albanian Orthodox Church, 237 N. 17th St. Phila, Pa 19103.  Viewing one hour prior to service in the church. Interment will take place at Fernwood Cemetery immediately following the service.  In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the church.
