Alexandra Stoulis, passed away on Saturday, February 15, 2020 at the age of 93, following a long battle with Alzheimer's Disease.
She was born on November 24, 1926 in Philadelphia, PA, to Stephen A. Miller and Pareskevi (Scamagas) Miller.
Alexandra married Angelo Stoulis, son of George Stoulis and Katina (Politakis) Stoulis on May 4, 1947. They were married 70 years when Angelo passed away on December 20, 2017.
Alexandra is survived by her children, Paree Stoulis and George Stoulis (Beverly), granddaughter, Mindy (Stoulis) Aguirre (Chris) and great grandchildren, Isabella and Alekzander Aguirre, God-daughter/Niece, Demetra (Georgias) Lanham (Raymond) from San Jose, CA, sister-in-law, Mary (Stoulis) Moniodis from Vineland, NJ and many nieces, nephews, God-children and other relatives.
In addition to the death of her husband, Angelo, she was preceded in death by her parents, Stephen and Pareskevi Miller, her sister, Irene (Miller) Georgias and brother, Manuel Miller.
Alexandra graduated from South Philadelphia High School for Girls followed by attending Spring Garden Institute where she received training in Dressmaking. Alexandra was active in the Ladies Philoptohos at St. Luke's Greek Orthodox Church. She loved nurturing plants, sewing, making Greek foods and desserts, was very creative with decoupage, embroidery, painting and cake decorating. She worked for the Wilton Company, teaching people how to decorate cakes and really enjoyed it.
