Beloved, Father, Father in law, and grandfather (Papou) and dear friend . A man of deep, sincere, unwavering faith. A man deeply committed to our Lord and savior Jesus Christ , our Holy mother of God, Panayia; The Holy Theotokos , and to the Greek Orthodox church . A man who whenever was called on to help ,no matter how great the sacrifice or challenge, after deep thought and sincere prayer , answered his call and stepped up and never looked back. He was called that way to become Psalti of the church, he was also called upon that way , to become my dad. He will be sorely missed as he's truly touched so many many lives throughout his life, in so many unique and various ways. He blessed so many buy His deep sincerity and integrity in his position of Psalti, Sunday school teacher and in many ways spiritual councilor. If he knew the answer to a question, he'd share and teach. If he didn't know , he was always honest enough to say "I don't know. " Strong in spirit , so educated and smart and so full of beautiful wisdom yet had the humility of a true saint. His integrity and sense of accountability ,solid as a rock. He truly will always remain to hold a very special place in so many many hearts as he's touched so many. He for sure was one of a kind in a very special way and will hold that "special place " in so many hearts as he was a great sincere man of God , great friend , great listener , but also a great councilor. Ever so patient and ever so kind and gracious . He always made time for everyone and if someone were lonely, he'd sit with them and made sure that they were heard, listened to and comforted. He was so easy to speak with or turn to; so loving ,so kind and patient ,as he had a very down to earth approach and attitude, but could also easily mingle and converse with the most sophisticated. Truly, he lived by example , saying what he meant and meaning what he said . He was someone that could always be counted on. He will sorely missed and always hold that "special place" in so many hearts, many lives that he's undeniably touched. He will always be remembered and cherished by his son and family, and to all that knew him. To know him, truly was, to love him.
