Daniel Kelly Obituary

Daniel P Kelly, age 53 of Drexel Hill, Pennsylvania, passed away peacefully on March 31, 2026.

He survived by his devoted and loving wife of 28 years, Kimberley.  He was the proud father of Ashley Kelly.  She was the apple of his eye.

In his youth he proudly served as a Corporal in the United States Marine Corp and completed a four-year term with an honorable discharge. After his time in the service, he became PA Sate Constable.

He is survived by his siblings, John (Jack) Kelly and his wife Carolyn Kelly, James (Jim) Kelly and his wife Pamela Kelly, Joseph (Joe) Kelly and his wife Lisa Kelly, Debra Hoffman and her husband Dean Hoffman.  The loving Uncle of many nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his father John Francis Kelly Jr and his mother Marlene Kelly.

He loved spending time together with his family and his friends at the shore. He was an avid fisherman and just loved being out on the water.  He loved watching Philadelphia Sports.  He enjoyed frequent good times on the good ship lollipop. He always owned a boat with a steering problem, if you know you know.

Friends and family are welcome to attend his viewing from 8:30am to 10:15am, Thursday, April 9, 2026, at St. Dorothy Catholic church, 4910 Township Line Rd, Drexel Hill, Pa 19026.  His Mass of Christian Burial will take place a t 10:30am in the church.

In Lieu of Flowers memorial contributions in his name may be made to St Judes Children’s Hospital or Wounded Warrior Project.
