James Kesdekian

James Kesdekian, 94, of Broomall, PA

James “Jim/Jimmy” passed peacefully with his family by his side on May 6, 2024.  He was the beloved husband of the late Margaret Kesdekian (nee Hajatian), devoted father to Janice Zimmerman (Lou), Jamie Bierman (Jim), and Joyce Bruno (Steve).  Jim was also the loving grandfather to Lindsey Andresen (Ryan), Ryan Zimmerman, Michael Zimmerman (Marianne), Brian Bierman (Abigail), Dana Bierman, Steven Bruno and Samantha Bruno.  He was also a cherished great-grandfather to Matthew and Maggie Andresen, Penelope and Amelia Zimmerman, and Blair Bierman.  

He was preceded in death by his parents Azniv and Avedis Kesdekian, sisters Arax Suny and Victoria Kazanjian, and brother Mesrop Kesdekian.  He was also a loving uncle to many nieces and nephews.

Family and friends are invited to his viewing from 10:00 to 11:00 AM on Friday, May 10, 2024, at St. Sahag & St. Mesrob Armenian Apostolic Church, 630 Clothier Road, Wynnewood, PA.  Funeral services will follow at 11 AM. Interment will be private.  

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Church.
