Kassiani C. Araouzou

Kassiani C. Araouzou passes away peacefully at home on February 3, 2020 surrounded by her family and loved ones.  She was a woman of the home dedicated to her family.  The daughter of a priest, she made the home a church for her family.  She enjoyed doing for others.  You could always find her in the kitchen cooking for all. She was a woman of great strength and endurance having overcome the death of her two sons and her beloved husband and struggling with cancer for many years. 

She is the beloved mother of Georgene (Richard) Sinclair and Carolyn (Harry) Mackrides.  Devoted grandmother of Christopher (Sarah), Matthew (Amber), Megan (Chase), Billy and Alexia. Loving Great grandmother of Bradley, Ayden, Liam, Emery and Dean.  Predeceased by  her husband Christos and her two sons Costas and Spiros.

Friends and family are welcome to attend her viewing from 9 to 10am Saturday Morning at St. Sophia Greek Orthodox Church, 900  South Trooper Rd, Norristown, Pa 19403.  Her funeral service will follow at 10am in the church.  Interment will be at Arlington Cemetery in Drexel Hill.  In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the church.
