On February 18th, 2024, Kim Garvey Billie passed away at the age of 53 in Lewes, DE. Kim was the loving wife of James Billie and the devoted daughter of Jan Caruso. Preceded in death by her father Jon M. Garvey, Sr. and John Caruso.
Loving mother to Cody Garvey (Samantha), Allison Billie, step-mother to Mason Billie (Anthony), and Mariah Billie. She was a beloved sister to Jon Garvey Jr. and Bruce Garvey (Mary). A doting "Dog Mom" to Gizmo and Bryce, and a beacon of warmth for her extended family of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Born in Philadelphia on September 23rd, 1970. Kim spent her formative years in Upper Darby. She was a true Delco girl through and through. She graduated from Upper Darby High School in 1989 and dedicated over 25 years of her life to the Delaware County Court System.
Upon retirement, Kim split her time between Benton, PA, and Lewes, DE. Her love for the beach and family gatherings down the shore created countless cherished memories. Kim was a passionate Philadelphia sports fan and loved cheering on her Eagles. Kim was known to be a designer purse connoisseur and Barbie collector, always knowing a good deal.
