Margaret (Kendikian) Boyadjian

Margaret Boyadjian (née Kendikian), 71 years old, of Wyomissing, PA; passed away February 22, 2024, from cardiac arrest.

The youngest of five children, Margaret was born April 22, 1952, to Garabed and Mariam Kendikian. She grew up in a loving family and adored her siblings Zarmine (Soltanian), Paul, Lucy (Smith) and Satig (Aston).

In 1972, Margaret married Hrayr Edward Boyadjian. The couple had three children; Alexandra, Edward, and Mary Natalie, who sadly passed away three months after birth.

Margaret was a Realtor and a Real Estate Broker. She enjoyed decades in the industry, where she developed solid professional relationships and made close friends. To her family, it seemed near impossible to go anywhere in the Reading, PA area without bumping into someone who knew Marge, as she liked to be called. She was easy to talk with, had an incredibly sharp sense of humor, a bright smile and a genuine interest in those around her.

Marge was a loving wife, mother, daughter, grandmother, godmother, sister, cousin, aunt, niece and friend. She is survived by her husband, Hrayr; her daughter, Alexandra (with husband, Andrew Horwitz, and children, Katelyn and Jackson); her son, Edward (with wife, Genesis); her sister, Satig (with husband, Loren); her brother’s widow, Arax, and a vast extended family.

Funeral Services will be held 11am Friday March 1, 2024 at St. Gregory the Illuminator Armenian Apostolic Church, 8701 Ridge Ave., Philadelphia, PA 19128.  Family and friends are invited to a calling hour from 10-11am in the church.
