Maria (Calombaris) Adamidis

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Maria Calombaris Adamidis. Maria was the devoted wife of Konstandinos (Kostas), cherished mother of Kristy and Sonia, and loving sister to Evangelos (Van) and Violetta. She was also a proud godmother and cousin, whose warmth and care touched her entire extended family.

Maria was a woman of deep faith and boundless kindness. Her strength, generosity, and compassion defined her. She leaves behind a legacy of love and faithfulness that will live on through her family and all who were blessed to know her.

Family and friends are invited to view Friday September 12, 2025 from 10-11am at St. George Greek Orthodox Church, 30 E. Forge Rd., Media PA., 19063  Her funeral service will begin promptly at 11am.  Interment to follow in Edgewood Memorial Park, Glen Mills Pa.

In lieu of flowers those wishing to honor Maria’s memory may do so through a donation to Holy Protection Monastery of the Theotokos (White Haven, PA), a place close to her heart. 1 St Josephs Wy, White Haven, PA 18661.  Please include Maria's name on the memo line of your check.
