Mary Liadis

Mary (Gliptis) Liadis (92 yrs) born in Weirton, West Virginia, lived in New York for most of her life and last resided in Wilmington, DE, passed away Wednesday  9/23/20.  She joins her beloved husband John in heaven and is survived by daughters Irene (spouse Theodore Papas) and Johanna (spouse William Krajewski), grandchildren Christina (spouse George Boyd) Dean (fiancé Zumra), Gregory (spouse Catie), Alexia and great grandsons Ryan and Christian.  Beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.  She loved being surrounded by people especially children and always had a cheerful smile. Her life was devoted to her beloved husband, John of 63 years and her beautiful family. May her memory be eternal.

 Services will be held at St. Luke’s Greek Orthodox Church located at 35 N. Malin Road, Broomall, PA  on Monday 9/28/20 - viewing 10:00am-11:00am, funeral 11:00am-12:00pm, burial immediately following at Arlington Cemetery.
