Robert F. Koncir

Robert F Koncir, 51, of Chadds Ford PA passed away peacefully on August 12, 2021. He was born at Crozier Chester Medical Center December 30,1969 to Robert J Koncir (Jeanne Koncir) and Patricia Haig (Mike Haig). He is survived by his loving wife, Leah Koncir (Pappas) and his two beautiful children Christiana Amalia and Franklin Robert.  He is also survived by his two siblings Carl Haig (Chris) and Faith Dewees (John) and numerous nieces and nephews, his grandparents Ann and Franklin Lovelace.

Bob graduated from Temple University with a degree in Criminal Justice and went on to West Chester University to pursue a degree in nursing. Bob worked as an Electrophysiology Nurse for his entire nursing career.

Bob enjoyed spending time with his beloved family and friends. He also loved camping and was an avid Eagles fan. Bob will always be known as master at the grill and was a proud American.

Bob’s wife, Leah, his daughter Christiana and his son Frankie as well as Teddy, the family’s maltipoo, were a constant source of joy and pride for Bob.

A viewing will be held Thursday August 19th from 6:00PM – 8:00PM at St. George Greek Orthodox Church, 30 E Forge Road, Media PA.

A second viewing will be held Friday August 20th at 10:00AM – 11:00AM. Church Service will be held immediately following the viewing.

Burial at St. Peter and Paul Cemetery 1600 S Sproul Rd, Springfield, PA.
