With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Samantha (McMenamin) Arland, who left this world peacefully on June 12, 2025, surrounded by her loving family.

Samantha was deeply loved, especially by her devoted husband, Daniel Arland, and their two sons, Cooper and Reid, whom she adored beyond measure. There was no greater joy in her life than watching her boys play sports, proudly cheering them on from the sidelines with unmatched enthusiasm and pride.

A graduate of Archbishop Prendergast High School and International Academy of Design & Technology of Tampa, Samantha built a successful career, ultimately serving as the Senior Vice President of Community Business Lending for Univest Bank. Her work was a reflection of her passion for building relationships and supporting her community.

Outside of her professional life, Samantha embraced every moment spent with her family and friends. She loved her long walks, exercising, listening to her favorite music, and relaxing at the beach (her true happy place) surrounded by the people she cherished most.

Samantha is survived by her parents, Linda and Francis McMenamin, her sister and best friend, Christina (Mike) Centrella, her brother, Francis McMenamin, her nephew, Michael (Kerri) Centrella, and her niece, Ellie.

She is also survived by her in-laws, Deborah and John Rosborough, Bruce Arland, her sister-in-law Amy McCall, and her niece and nephew, Erika and Sean — all of whom she loved dearly. In addition, Samantha leaves behind many extended family members and close friends who were fortunate to share in her life.

Family and friends are invited to view Friday June 20, 2025 from 6-9pm at St. Anastasia Roman Catholic Church, 3301 West Chester Pike, Newtown Square, PA 19073,  and Saturday June 21 from 9:30am-10:30am.  Her Mass of Christian Burial will begin promptly at 10:30am.  Interment to follow in Ss. Peter and Paul Cemetery, Springfield, PA 19064.
