Susan M. Ritter

Susan Ritter, the beloved wife of Robert Ritter, passed away suddenly on October 7th, 2022. Sue was born May 10, 1956, to the late Albert and Naomi Kouyoumjian. She is survived by her sister Elaine, Lucy (twin), and younger brothers Tom and Ed Kouyoumjian. She was the mother of Daniel (Norma), Jackie (Bill), Jason (Leslie), and Erik (Mary).  She had four wonderful grandchildren- Justin, Caitlyn, Elliot, and Carson Ritter.  She is also survived by her in-laws and many nieces and nephews.

Sue loved to bring people together and celebrate life. She enjoyed sitting on her porch and greeting neighbors. She never forgot a birthday, anniversary, or graduation, and you knew it by receiving a card with a scratch-off in the mail. Sue loved and was loved by many friends and family. The pinnacle of her love was her husband, Bob. A 46-year marriage that captured four wonderful children, vacations at the Jersey Shore, impromptu "deck parties", and cruising the Caribbean, but nothing was better than Friday Night Happy Hours with Bob and Sue. Sue filled her days with caring for others by assisting with doctor's visits, lunch dates with family, and going on the latest shopping spree. She was a woman who had a knick-knack for every need and never ran out of anything.  Sue was known for many things, but her stromboli was unrivaled. The highlight of everyone's year was celebrating the holidays at her annual Christmas Eve party. A beautiful woman, inside and out, Susan will be missed, loved, and remembered forever.

Friends and family are welcome to attend her visitation from 9am to 11am Friday, October 14, at Vraim Funeral Home, Inc, 66 S. State Rd Upper Darby, PA 19082.  A memorial service will take place at 11am in the Funeral Home.
