Yaser K. Masso

Yaser K. Masso passed away peacefully on Monday November 13, 2023 surrounded by his family. He was born in Madaba, Jodan where his work ethic earned him an engineering degree form a college in Germany.  He came to the United States and became a prominent and influential businessman.  He was president of Masso Security serving the Philadelphia area with security guard services for over 50 years.

Above all else he was a caring, loving and dedicated Father, grandfather, husband, and brother.

He is survived by Aida Masso and his children. Lubna, Sammer, Khalil (Angelina), Lamees, Lucy and Laura (Terrell). And Grandchildren Amir, Julius, Milani, Amaya, Amani, Aliyah, Yousef, Diana and Yacoub. Also survived by his brother Taisir (Gerda) and sister Najah.

Friends and family are welcome to attend his viewing from 9am to 10 am Friday Morning at St. George Orthodox Church, 8210 West Chester Pike, Upper Darby, Pa 19082 His Funeral service will take place at 10am in the church.  His interment will follow at William Penn Cemetery. 13041 Bustleton Ave, Philadelphia, Pa 19116.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in his name may be made to the church.
