Anastasia Vangelis, 60, entered her eternal rest September 7th, 2019 at her daughters home surrounded by her children and her loved ones after a 7 month battle with colon cancer.
Anastasia was born on August 30, 1959 in Paroxthio, Kilkis Greece. To all who knew her she was an extremely hard working, strong and loyal woman. A loving mother, who worked all her life to provide the best for her family. She was loved by all who knew her or met her, and always gave the best advice to everyone. Through all the hardships and everything she has endured in her life, she conquered everything to the fullest. She never gave up even until her last breath. She will forever be loved and deeply missed. She is survived by her mother Parthena Katourtsidis 77, her sister Theano Plialis 54, brother Aristitis Katourtsidis 50, Son Alexandros Vangelis 42, twin daughters Roula Vangelis 37, Parthana Makropoulos 37, grandson Alexandros Gider 16, And grand daughters Christina Gider 15, And Anastasia Makropoulos, 14.
Her Funeral Service will be 11am Wednesday September 11th, 2019 at St. Luke Greek Orthodox Church 35 North Malin Rd. Broomall, Pa. 19008. Viewing one hour prior to the service in the church. Interment to follow in Ss. Peter and Paul Cemetery, Springfield, Pa. 19064.
