I am one of Bill's first cousins--on his mother's side--and knew him when we were growing up. Although my sisters and I have seen Bill only a few times in recent years, we were always fond of him and are saddened to hear of his passing. On behalf of my sisters Dolores, Kathleen and Theresa, I want to express our sincere sympathy.
